By placing an order with Outcast Supply, you understand and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, order modifications, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

📮 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier and file a claim directly with them.
Outcast Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address. Refunds or replacements will not be provided in these situations.

🌍 International Orders (Customs & Duties)
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by your country.
These fees are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer.
Outcast Supply has no control over these charges, and they are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

📐 Sizing Responsibility
Please review all size charts carefully before ordering.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. All apparel is listed in adult sizing, not youth sizing.
